Wellness Wednesday ~ Stretching

Stretching and Weight Training
Stretching muscles in between sets and
especially after workouts promotes better blood flow to the muscles which
supplies nutrients and removes waste. As a result, your soreness should not be
as significant and you should be able to lift more intensely.
