Rest Up to Look Fitter
Your muscles are actually growing stronger and more
toned in the rest period after you have trained. As a general rule, you should
give your muscles, 48 hours of recovery time between training the same muscle
group again. By skipping the recovery time, you may end up doing more, but
seeing fewer results.
