Cardio Boredom Busters
To break up the boredom of doing one piece of cardio equipment for 30-45 minutes, try 10 minutes on the bike, 10 minutes on the elliptical, 10 minutes on the treadmill. Unless you are training for an endurance event like a 5K or a triathlon, you will get the same results from breaking your bouts of cardio up as if you did them all continuously.
