Menu Monday - Tuna Melts

Tired of turkey yet?

Ingredients:

3 cans tuna, drained well
1/3 c mayonnaise or miracle whip
2 tsp mustard
6 slices cheese
12 slices lightly buttered bread
All to taste: Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Minced Onion

Cooking Instructions:
1. Mix Tuna, Mayo, Mustard and seasonings together.
2. Spoon mix onto un-buttered side of bread, add cheese and another slice of bread, buttered side up.
3. Cook on griddle until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
