Menu Monday - Ham & Cheese Poppers
Ingredients:
Fully cooked ham (either thin slices or small cubes)
Swiss or cheddar cheese (which ever you prefer)
1 can of biscuits (thin ones)
Directions:
Open biscuits and flaten them out. Once they are flatten, add a small amount of ham and cheese to the middle of each biscuit. Fold them in half and pitch the sides together (tightly). Lay on a cookie sheet and Bake (at 350F) until the biscuits are done (around 10-12 minutes).
